Replace damaged, cloudy, or pitted headlight covers with these high-quality aftermarket covers designed specifically for Radical SR3 and SR3 RS models (2002-2014). These covers fit the original SR3 and SR3 RS bodywork but are not compatible with SR3 RSX, SR3 XX, or SR3 XXR models.
Manufactured from premium PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol-Modified) plastic, these covers provide exceptional optical clarity, durability, and flexibility for racing and track-day applications. PETG offers excellent resistance to stress cracking and handling damage while providing improved scratch resistance compared to standard uncoated polycarbonate materials.
Unlike rigid replacement covers, the flexible PETG construction conforms closely to the contours of the bodywork, helping achieve a clean, professional appearance while accommodating the slight variations commonly found between Radical chassis and body panels.
To ensure the best possible fit on every car, each cover is supplied slightly oversized. Final fitting can be easily completed using a sanding block and 100-grit sandpaper, allowing the installer to achieve precise panel alignment and a custom-fitted finish.

Final edge fitting can be completed using a sanding block and coarse sandpaper, allowing you to tailor the cover to your specific vehicle for a precise, professional fit.
